- Active CSLB license. Where the work requires one, an active license we can confirm in the CSLB record.
- Insurance and bond. Current coverage and bonding appropriate to the work offered.

- Responsive communication. Direct, timely answers and a clear point of contact for homeowners.
- A verifiable track record. Work and references we are able to check for ourselves.
