Information you provide
When you submit a matching request, we collect your name, email, phone, neighborhood, project type, budget range, timeline, project description and consent. Please do not submit sensitive financial details, identification documents or property access codes.
Why we use it
We store matching requests in Lovable Cloud and use them to evaluate project fit and share your request with a relevant listed contractor. By checking the consent box, you agree to that sharing and to project-related phone or email contact from the recipient. We do not add you to a newsletter through this form.
Who can receive it
The guide operator and service providers needed to host and maintain the site can handle submitted information. A relevant listed contractor can receive your request for the purpose described above. A contractor’s handling of information after receipt is subject to its own privacy practices.
Retention, security and your choices
We retain submissions as needed to process matching requests and meet applicable obligations. Access is restricted, but no online system can promise absolute security. To ask about access, correction, deletion or withdrawing consent, contact the guide operator through the site conversation where available; contact a contractor directly if it has already received your request. Withdrawal does not undo earlier lawful sharing.
External sites and site operation
Official sources and company websites are independent sites with their own policies. Hosting providers may process technical request data for delivery and security. This site does not require an account for reading or submitting a request. The guide can update this policy when its practices change.
